East Anglian Air Ambulance
The East Anglian Air Ambulance celebrates it's 10th anniversary this year. The charity run two helicopters, one based in Norwich and one which operates out of RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire. It costs around £3.5million a year to run them but they receive now funding from the government, NHS or lottery. As part of their celebrations this year they want former patients to get in touch. They want to be able to retell the rescue stories and reunite people with the team that saved their lives. Ian Clemson from Burwell was picked up after he had an epileptic fit on Devils Dyke in 2007. He's been speaking to Star Radio's Emma Howgego about it. They were joined in the studio by Alison Horsley who's the charity's fundraising manager.

Over 30 years ago, the emergency medical charity now known as Magpas, saved the life of a baby in Lode. This year, that baby, now a full grown man, is preparing to swim the English Channel to raise money to support their work. Lloyd Clarke says he owes his entire life to them and wants other people to benefit in the same way. He's been speaking to Star Radio's Emma Howgego about the challenge.
