1200 new homes for Trumpington Meadows

Work on a new development of 1200 new homes in the South of Cambridge could start next year.
Outline planning permission has been given to the developers of Trumpington Meadows.
They also plan to build a new primary school and 60 acre country park.
Cambridgeshire Horizons will provide the develoeprs with a £4.5 million loan from the Housing Growth Fund to make sure the homes and schools are built soon. The developers will then pay it back as they sell the properties.
