Gavin Henson has been challenged to let his rugby do the talking when he makes his first start for Wales in 2 years on Saturday.

Henson last played for Wales in the 2009 Six Nations Tournament but Wales Coach Warren Gatland has picked him to play against the Barbarians and said, ""He tells us it's fantastic to be back in this environment, that he has really missed it and he is loving his rugby at the moment, and that is a real positive for us,"

"He knows he just needs to let his rugby do the talking now," the Wales coach added.

The former Ospreys centre returned to rugby in 2010 after an eighteen month absence.

Henson played for Saracens and Toulon last season, but is currently without a club.

Gatland says the match is a chance for Henson to re-ignite his international career ahead of the Rugby World Cup taking place in New Zealand the autumn.
