Don't Spook the Horse
Venue: Elme Hall Hotel Sunday Rock and Blues - 69 Elm High Road - Wisbech - Cambs - PE14 0DQ
Date: Sun 5th Feb 2012
Time: 3:30 pm
Don't Spook the Horse are the Neil Young Tribute Band.
People who follow Neil Young's music are passionate about that music; music which is so varied in style and colour you almost don't need to listen to anything else!
From delicate acoustic masterpieces like 'Needle and the Damage Done' and ‘Old Man’, country classics such as ‘Heart of Gold’, through to the powerful folk rock anthems like 'Rockin' in the Free World' and 'Like a Hurricane'.
Don't Spook the Horse is equally passionate about this music, and most importantly, in how they deliver this music to their audience. This is a tribute band in the true sense of the word – and they are authentic and heartfelt. A far cry from pastiche or “entertainment bands”. The gear they use doesn't just look the part, it is the same stuff Neil uses. You'll also see some great stage props too!
Brian Eade: Vocals/Guitars/Harmonicas/Lapsteel
Mark Fawcett: Vocals/Guitars/Banjitar
John Lawson: Bass
Dave Jackson: Drums/Vocals
Families are welcome with free admission for accompanied under 14's. Adults £3.00. Free admission for hotel residents and Sunday lunch diners
