Feel Free Dance
If you just enjoy dancing and find yourself bopping in the car to the radio, or dancing in the bedroom/living room, well come and join us at 7pm, for an hour each week, to bop and shimmy to the coolest dance beats in a brilliant atmosphere. We start steady and end up dancing like 'no-one is watching'. Join in, for this fun and expressive work out. Dress casual, no experience necessary, not-for-profit cause.
